Fr. Palau explains the definition and division of virtue. All agree in calling certain human actions praiseworthy and heroic. He defines virtue as a quality which makes good the one who possesses it. So that a person may be good in the full sense of the word, it is indispensable to be a living image of the one and triune God; to be as such, he must conform his ideas to the eternal truth, and his actions to the sovereign will of God.
