Ibiza, 8 March 1864.

Fr. Palau is in Ibiza. He has given retreats to the clergy, in the city and villages. Our Lady of Virtues presides this mission to implore her in the most affected places, for the past assassinations, so that she may heal the wounds. The young people argue among themselves of the honour of transporting her. And as a sign of their faith and those who want to live in peace, they raise a cross, as a reminder of this project.
