Barcelona, 6 October 1868
He writes to the Bishop, responding to the cesure imposed on him, depriving him of his priestly functions. By law, he declared the anathema null. It is logical, since he was neither heard nor permitted to defend himself. He asks that it be revoked. Otherwise the case will be brought to the tribunals. He also claims indemnization for the damage received. Palau's spirit appears to be simple and bold.
