I certify that D. Francisco Palau, religious, Discalced Carmelite, exclaustrated from the city of Barcelona,
a resident here in Ibiza, is a priest of good reputation, life and conduct, and that his activities while he was
in the said Diocese had not given reason for raising any complaint but were rather worthy of all praise,
most proper of a true minister of religion.
