The good person knows that to be happy and to to subsist in the society, one must strive to contribute to the happiness of others, which is one's own. One who is not becomes proud to gain his own welfare disregarding outside concerns. It is from here where disorder in society arises and a threat to its preservation, which must be sustained at all cost. This is an excellent conviction of Fr Palau.
